Wow! Writing this post feels like the first day in a new school or job (heart pounding, hands shaking a little). Lol I am a single mother of 2 handsome little boys, wanting more in life for them and myself.  I am currently working as a CSR for Hallmark from home. There is alot of downtime with this job, which gives me a large availability time to plan my life in more details and truly figure out what I want from it.  I came across biggerpockets.com after I was listening to Rich Dad, Poor Dad on youtube. I am in the middle of fixing my credit and saving for a 203k fha loan for a home. Robert Kiyosaki states that homes are liabilities and I began to think when I purchase my first home how can I make it an asset. So I began a search on youtube and came across househacking, and was like Eureka! Lol

In my research in that, I came across wholesaling and thought that can be my ticket into making the money I need quicker to purchase a multi family complex. Working as a CSR is not actually boosting my savings much.

Anyway, I am amped and ready to move forward into manifesting a more creative and lucrative future.

Happy Realestating!

Your new friend,

Philissa Gilliard
