Hi all! This is my first post on this website. I'm 21 years old and i'm REALLY excited to start building my buyers list, but I am a little frightened about actually speaking to sellers for my first time. I have a huge advantage as my mother has been a real estate agent for about 8-9 years, and before that, sold timeshare for 13 years, so I have a mentor when it comes to learning how to value houses and estimate repairs. I have been studying and trading Forex, Stocks (stocks not so much) and Crypto currencies (just recently started Nov. 2017) part time since I was 18 years old so have a clear understanding of value and how it fluctuates based on a number of variables, and think i have an amazing leverage over the average noob.
