New BP Member in Oklahoma!
Hello BP Community!
My name is Ben, and I am active duty Air Force stationed in Enid, Oklahoma. I grew up in a small farm town in Washington State, then attended Montana State University where I obtained a commission in the Air Force. In my little spare time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and backpacking.
I joined BP after developing an interest in long-term rental property investing, with the intention of beginning with small multi-family properties and eventually growing into apartment complexes. For now, I am focusing on multi-family properties with owner financing available and little down due to a lack of capital to invest.
My wife Abby is an accounting clerk for an agriculture company while working on becoming a CPA and specializing in taxes. She plans on sitting for the CPA exam in mid-2019. We would love to help BP members with anything we can as she gains experience and learns about what she can offer all of us as real estate investors!
