Landlord App Recommendations

Has anybody found a great app or website to track their rentals (accounting) using an IPad?  I own and self-manage 9 small multi family properties (22 units total) that are very stable.  Aside from making deposits, most of my expenses are auto pay and made through my online banking.  For that reason, it would be great if it could accept bank account info directly as well.

I tried quickbooks several years ago, but I don't have a strong accounting background and found it cumbersome to set up and maintain so I ended up going back to my trusty spreadsheets.  Most recently I've been using quicken rental property manager on a laptop, but I'd like to go more mobil/cloud based if possible.    Am I asking too much?

I appreciate hearing your experience and recommendations.  Thanks!
