Newbie from Mahopac, NY
Hello all!
My name is Brendan I am a Physical Therapist from Mahopac NY. I am looking to start investing in real estate to supplement my income, pay off my student loans, and eventually develop a substantial "passive" income stream. I have no experience in the field of real estate and have just been consuming every bit of info I can from BP (which has helped a lot.)
I have been listening to podcasts, signing up for every webinar, analyzing deals daily using the calculators. and have recently purchased a few books from the site that I will begin soon.
I am looking to get a good starting place for someone who has little to no experience or capital. Suffering from some ANALYSIS PARALYSIS and any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!
