BP Newbie from Kansas City, MO

Greetings forum goers! 

My name is Dave Senter. I live in Kansas City, MO and work from home as a digital artist in the sports industry with a bit of freelancing on the side. 

I recently joined BP and have been listening to quite a few podcasts and a few webinars. I found BP through a Mr. Money Mustache interview blog post and haven't looked back! Lots of great stuff here, thanks to everyone on the BP team! 

I do not have any experience with real estate but plan to buy my first MFH within the next 6-8 months. I may be moving to Colorado; Fort Collins/Greeley area by the end of summer 2018. For this reason I am interested in real estate opportunities in the Kansas City area and in the Fort Collins/Greeley area.
