Hello all! I am 19 years old and just moved to Charlotte NC. I am currently working for a real estate company in Charlotte selling in NC and SC ( I’m licensed In both states). I am looking to start getting into real estate investment properties. I had a landscape company I sold in June and have some money put away for down payment and a safety cushion. I am looking for someone to give me advice on what type of investments I need to start with. I have open ears and would love to learn as much as I can. Thanks!

Find out who the players are in your. Be respectful not everybody's going to want to talk or have anything to do with you especially if it's taking up their time. Network on BP and in your local groups as you can, its a people business. There's a lot of investors on BP right here that have tons of knowledge, plus a ton of great information to go over.
