Hello all! My name is Kim and I'm new to the game they call investing:) My main focus right now is buy and hold. I'm really looking for any creative financing opportunities that anyone may know of other than seller financing/carry back (I'm knowledgeable about this topic). I'm also looking for debt/equity financing partners. I have all the other resources (knowledge, time, connections) other than money.
