New Guy here. I am a 35 year old full time farmer and Stock option trader. I love purchasing property, mostly open land. Closed approximately 20 pieces of property. All buy and hold situations. Land is necessary for farming.

I have listened to the podcasts and decided to join the network of forums. I do not have much knowledge in commercial or residential property but anything rural or large acreage I could help with. Also anyone wanting to talk stock options Id love help.

Look forward to talking and helping anyone in need. --James

What kind of farming operation do you run.  We graze beef, but I’m hesitant to buy more acreage without having another strategy should I not want to have cattle anymore.  I can make reasonable housing rents on any country property, but it wont cover the full bill.  Thinking about placing some value priced Amish built cabins that should work well in our area for vacation rentals.
