Jeff Kieszkowski from Michigan City Indiana.

I am currently working a Full time Job as an Instrument & Electrical Tech for an Oil refinery. I did HVAC work prior so I have been around new construction and remodel jobs for about 10 years. With that little bit of knowledge I am leaning toward finding homes to rehab and hold onto to rent out. I am looking to pick up 1 a year for the next few years then maybe  2 a year after 5. I am looking for more of a retirement portfolio but also having money coming in each month will help if I happen to go on strike again during our contract negotiations. I have been reading different books and combing through this forum for a few weeks now and I am amazed at the amount of Information I have found on here.

At this point I am still figuring out which way to go to start my first Flip. Whether it be using the equity in my residence or partner up and use cash for the first flip is all up in the air still.

Looking forward to years of knowledge and support from this forum and hopefully once I get a grasp on some things I can help others as well.
