Hi everyone!

Newbie here, been lurking for about a week or so... My partner (in business and life) and I just purchased our first piece of real estate, our primary residence here in McCall. The real estate bug bit us hard (anybody relate??), and we have gotten to work educating ourselves with library books, podcasts, forum posts, etc. 

We are going to have to be creative with our financing, but have narrowed our markets down to the Boise metropolitan area and Valley county, where we live. Looking for buy and hold multi-family properties, and the BRRRR method looks mighty appealing.

Any fellow Idahoans out there? Or Pacific Northwest folks?
