Hello all! I am a 25  year old with a wife and beautiful 3 month old daughter who live on Camano Island WA. Me and my wife both work from home but make just enough to get by. I have been researching real estate investing and have come to the conclusion that i want financial freedom for me and my family. My goal is to buy and hold as the main source of investing but i do not have capital to start. I think i want to start wholesaling as a way to get the starter funds to invest. I would love any advice that you all may offer. Thank you all for reading this and responding i really do appreciate any help.
