Newbie from Jacksonville, FL

Hey BP nation! I'm an attorney in Jacksonville. In addition to a steady w-2 job, I also have my own law office. A friend turned me on to the PB podcast (s/o to @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner). I'm looking to get into RE investing and rental properties locally, or other markets where I can make my money work for me. That said, I am looking for low/no money deals to get my feet wet and build my portfolio. I'd love to purchase 1 property a year, but we'll see how that goes. My wife isn't as excited about this as I am. She's a very "play it safe with the w-2 job" type gal. I'm hoping to connect with folks on here and learn as much as I can; hopefully even find some great rental properties.
