My name is Jonathan Flood and I currently live in Columbus Ohio. I work full time as a chemical engineer and have become very interested in real estate. Over the past few months I have been working on getting my real estate license and should be licensed in October. I also recently purchased my first home, 3 bed 2 bath. It needs some work but overall a sturdy house. I intend to have roommates to help pay the mortgage. I am trying to network and get involved in deals not only in columbus but anywhere. I do not have much liquid capital however I do have creativity, great credit, and I like to work which is a good combination for real estate. Feel free to reach out if you want to grab a beer and discuss ideas.
