Montreal, QC based newbie investor looking to network & grow!

Hello all! ​ ​As the title says, i'm a beginner investor in Montreal, Quebec excited to start my journey in the real-estate investing business! I am a 20 year old University student that has 1 year of experience in the business as a residential leasing agent. My father is in the real-estate game and with the previous experience I got, I've realized that this is definitely something i enjoy and would like to pursue. For the passed 3 months I have been concentrating on increasing my real estate investing knowledge daily through books (7), many podcasts and articles as well as youtube videos. I feel like my understanding of the business has increased substantially in these 3 short months but I believe it is now time to take the next step and get myself out there. I don't think im the only one that believes that experience is the best education, which is why I am anxious to learn something from everybody! ​ ​I am primarily looking to network with people in Montreal so we can grow our businesses together. However, I am also interested in networking and learning with anyone that is willing to take the time to do so! I'm actively looking for a Mentor and would love to help that someone anyway I can to make our relationship a winning one for both.
