I'm Dave. 

I'm an American living in Tokyo since 2001.   I work in technology but have a passion for investing in my spare time.  I have recently purchased my first investment property in January of this year and I am looking to invest in more.   I would love to learn from others on what are the hot areas to invest right now.  I am doing this all remotely so would love suggestions or advice on your experience with teams broker, contractor, housing manager you have worked with or recommendations on turn key companies that I could work with.  Any and all advice is welcome.
