New Member Ready to Make a Splash in KC, Let's Connect!
Hey everyone, Sean Edrington here!
I’ll try to keep this short and sweet but I just wanted to formally introduce myself to the community. I am a 20 year old college student from St. Louis studying finance & econ at the University of Kansas. Please view my profile or my LinkedIn for more information about me.
Apart from learning, growing, and building a connection with all of you, in the short term, I hope to find a partner(s) that would be willing to purchase a property in the Lawrence, KS area (open to Kansas City, Topeka, Overland Park, Shawnee, ect.). My plan would be to house hack the property beginning in January if possible. I am certainly no expert and have not yet made a my first deal, but after about 100 episodes of the BP podcast I’m getting there! I understand that an effective partnership takes time to develop and I am excited to start that process now.
So please reach out to me either as a mentor, partner, or just for a fun conversation. I would love to get to know as many of you as possible and hope we can add value to each other all while making money along the way. Very excited for what the future holds!!
