New to Real Estate Investing

Well hello. I am a new real estate investor focused on single family homes and duplexes. I live in central Florida but just purchased a 2/1 rental in Indianapolis from a Turn Key seller. I am looking for more in the Indy area as it seems to be a thriving rental area. My wife and I intend on doing the BRRRR method as we feel leverage is key to building wealth from what we have read.

I have listened to many BP podcasts from Brandon, Josh, Mindy and others and find them informative and fun. I am a 60 year old medical professional and am trying to get my 20 and 22 year old children turned onto BP as well.

We want to step away from the Turn Key seller but being out of state we need to put a trusted team together in Indy. I will be searching here on BP for more info on doing that.
