Hello Everyone!

My Name is Michael Mostone and I am a new investor from Pelham, NH. I have been browsing the BiggerPockets forums for a few months now and thought it would be good to introduce myself. I am actively working towards my first rental property deal, with a 5-10 year plan to expand and own 30+ rental properties one day. 

Professionally I am a manager of an IT department at a pharmaceutical company, but I hope to become a full time investor one day. I am currently reading and listening to BiggerPockets podcast to learn as much as I can, happy to officially be a part of the BiggerPockets community!
