Hi all,

After playing with the idea of real estate investing for years, my wife and I are finally in the process of hardening real plans to make this a part of our future. We both work full-time in great jobs, but also understand we will not be working in these jobs forever. So, I'm just here to learn from all of you, feed of the energy in this forum, get some ideas, maybe some guidance, and hopefully make a meaningful contribution as well.

We are not yet connected to any REIA's locally, but plan to do so in the next few weeks/months. I've found the Charlotte REIA and Metrolina REIA that I will be looking into. If you read this intro and have any specific advice, I'd be happy to hear from you.

Donny
