What's going on BP? My name is Kenneth, but everyone calls me Alex.(My parents even refer to me by my middle name) Anyway, I am brand spanking new to real estate investing and would like to buy and hold a few properties. I am a manager in retail with no experience in real estate. I read a few books, and believe that this is the best path for me to build wealth for myself and my family.
