Hello BP,

I'm not exactly new but I created a new account! 

My interest in real estate sparked while I was in college and rented out a two family home from a real estate investor. He owned the home free and clear and rented each bedroom for $650 totaling out to $2600 a month. Now, I didn't know a lick about real estate but I did know that I wanted $2600 a month and that began my quest in real estate...

My goal is to own 1000 units by the time I am 35 years old (25 now) through multi family apartment buildings. I want to create wealth for my entire family, pay off their debt, travel the world and ultimately make an humanitarian impact specifically with children. The goal is to invest in secondary markets all over the United States by strategically researching markets and formulating teams.

I hope to make long lasting relationships through this Real Estate journey and ignite a fire in those individuals who don't think they can do it..
