Hi Everyone,

Been browsing the website, reading and listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts and am enthusiastically diving into REI. I'm up in North Fulton County, GA (i.e., north of Atlanta).

Would love to connect with folks in the ATL, Roswell, Alpharetta and north metro area.  I've seen a few post on this forum in recent weeks!

Also kickstarted the process of setting up an LLC and am seeing some units this weekend (multi-family and townhomes). Some questions for anyone with experience/input. Happy to chat offline if not appropriate for this forum:

1) Any material benefits to adding my wife to the LLC? I am a W-2 earner. Wife is in grad school for another 1-2 years en route to being gainfully employed again. We file taxes jointly.

2) Any tips/leads on investor friendly mortgage lenders?  I'm not worried about credit or putting down 20-25% on the properties in the range I'm looking at.  Just want a quick and easy process.

3) Anyone with tips on contractors in the area will be much appreciated!

Thanks all.  Looking forward to contributing and giving back once I get my feet under me.

-Nick
