Immersing myself in all things real estate

Good morning, evening, or night wherever your respective location is. I'm Andrew. I live in Brooklyn, NY and I have truly been in awe with all that is going on in my borough in regards to its growth and development over the past few years. I recently passed my New York State salesperson licensing exam, but I have always wanted to own rental properties since I was 14. Thought it was a farfetched dream that I could only do after I amassed wealth in the real estate industry. Then I came upon this website and that misconceived notion of having wealth to start is now a thing of the past. My goal over the next few years is to become a successful agent, but more importantly buy real estate in some of the last and final affordable areas in Brooklyn and ride that appreciation wave before its too late.
