hello, 

I am Looking to invest in / around Columbus ohio. 
My strategy is to buy and hold several Multi family houses in working class - middle class areas.

Can you please advise where are the good area to invest in / around Columbus ohio (I am looking for stable paying tenants / high employment) ?
