Hey BP Community, Long time lurker, but first time poster. We (wife and child) just relocated to Navarre (Pensacola) to be closer to family (Baby loves her grandparents). I was previously employed as a firefighter, while my wife is a Veterinarian.We are very excited to to be in this area (great schools, multiple bases, and kind people). Experience limited to a rental and couple of flips. We want to focus on private lending, notes, partnering for flips , buy and hold smallish multi's (value add). Kelly

Hey @Kelly Kuhlow, welcome to the Gulf Coast! The first thing I'd recommend you do since you're new to that area is to start building out your network of people. A good way to do that would be go join us at the PIG meeting (Professional Investors Guild) tomorrow night in Pensacola at the Bay Center. At the guild there's a pretty diverse group where some people are flippers, some people just lend out money to the hustlers, others are buy and hold investors like myself. Anything real estate related, you'll find in this group. We meet as a group once a month and it's a pretty cheap membership.
