Hi everyone!

My name is Andrea Phillips and I`m a real estate agent in Costa Rica, just in case anyone is interested, please feel free to contact me any time! I`m here also to learn a little about flipping properties and those no money down deals... that`s not done here that much so I`m all ears if any of you have any advice! really new at this so a 101 on the subject will be very much apreciated!
