Hello, introducing myself.

Saying hi.  I'm a new investor in SE Wisconsin.  I am looking for multi-family rental property in Kenosha and Racine.  I don't have any experience other than growing up helping my grandfather remodel homes and remodeling my own home.  

I'm jumping in head first with an offer on a 3/3 that is a total rehab.  I hope I get it and I hope I have enough cash to finish the rehab.
