Hello everyone,

I've been listening to BiggerPockets podcast for a couple of months now, and one of their constant reminders for newbies is to introduce yourself in the new members page, so here I am.

My name is Denzel and I'm 24 years old. I was born, raised, and still located in Philadelphia. I graduated from Drexel University last June 2016, and have been working at SEI, a private trust company since October 2016. At Drexel I majored in Accounting & Finance. I'm currently working on getting my finances in order to eliminate some bad debt as well as increasing my credit score.

I have no real experience in real estate aside from learning through the podcast and some reading and my dad. What I want to learn about is how to analyze deals, how to locate funding for a property, as well as how to become an investor for passive cash flow as a side hustle.

Since I am just beginning my investing, I'd like to start out house hacking using the BRRR strategy. I'd also like to start networking with more Philadelphia investors to get advice.

Extremely excited to hear from everyone, and network. Thanks!
