Hey @Shedrick Hines. "Best" is totally subjective, but there are several authors I love on the topic of sales and negotiation. You can't go too far wrong with any books, tapes, CDs, etc., from the likes of:

  • Brian Tracy
  • Harvey Mackay
  • Roger Dawson
  • Jeffrey Gitomer
  • Jay Abraham
  • Roger Fisher and William Ury
