Hey everyone my name is Chris Godbolt and I have finally decided to take the time to finally introduce myself here. BP is an absolute gold mine and I hope one day to be the one posting information to improve other people's career just like all of you have done for me! A little back ground I'm from NC born and raised joined the Navy and got stationed in San Diego. I have been in the area now for approximately 4 years but just recently started my real estate venture. Through my studies in books, BP blogs and podcast, and through an opportunity presented by an already successful investor here in San Diego I have decided to start my real estate career like many do by wholesaling real estate. I'm passionate, dedicated, and overall just ecstatic to be taking a step in the direction of financial freedom. Thanks for the time and I look forward to working with everyone!
