I'm Michael Carter, and I've really enjoyed this forum. I invest in short sales and other wholesale sfr's. Working my way up the ladder. I moved to San Diego from Sacramento where I have done all my deals. I'm excited to learn what others are doing to be successful, make $ contacts and continue to grow my business.
