New Investor from Orange County, CA

Hello all!

My name is Connor O'Neill, I am 25 and I live in Orange County California. I move around here a lot for my current job, so I am familiar with the area, but not the real estate market just yet.

I have spent a lot of time and effort to build up a good down payment and investment fund. Currently I am looking to get into investment properties, and starting off with a 'live-in' fixup.

I would love any help and assistance on where to start, first problem I have is finding a good opportunity, where should I start? Is Zillow or something similar good enough?

Welcoming any suggestions and guidance, and happy to be here!
