As I am learning more about Real Estate Investing and meeting more Investors I am noticing one command denominator. Failure Failure Failure !!! The more successful investors failed and the not so successful investors failed. So I hope you're prepared because failure is going to happen at some point, its Real Estate. The difference between Mr. & Ms. Successful is they didn't let it stop them they kept going and they are still going. DON'T QUIT! Believe in the process! Trust the process!
