South West Michigan and North West Indiana is often referred to as "the Michiana Area," so if you have ever used that expression I want to know you. We're speaking the same language and understand the scale of market we're active in. 

I came to BP because I knew the Guru information must be available to anyone free who has the guts and wisdom to seek it out. Everything else you need to know on the REI deal making side you learn when you talk to your chosen RE attorney. Then, of course you fine tune your business when you learn the concepts of marketing.

I love to scope out my area and do sniper targeted marketing. So I'm not afraid to knock on doors, and ambitious enough to find those hiding owners of abandoned houses. I rarely look at a house with a realtor sign on it unless my REO agent sends me there. Collegue request me if you are in my area or interested in Michiana because of the steady, sustainable recovery that has been going on here.
