Hey guys!

My wife and I will be relocating to Boise this year (will be out there from May 6th - 17th to do some recon) and I am looking to transition from the tech industry into Real Estate. Specifically, multifamily buy/hold starting with a single 4-plex this year. (Looking at BRRRR friendly financiers as well...but thats a different topic)

In the meantime, I'd love to WORK for a company to build relationships/connections and (while transitioning from the Tech industry) to learn more about the multifamily space and Boise market specifically. I feel like I have a good grasp on things being a fast learner and avid researcher but that cannot be substituted for REAL EXPERIENCE.

At any rate, I'd love any input / advice / references along these lines.

Cheers,

Caleb
