Wholesaling in Los Angeles

Hello BP family, my name is Dorian Jones and I am new to investing. I am starting out as a wholesaler so that I can generate enough cash to eventually fix and flip, buy and hold, etc. I am also excited to learn the business and learn from things that I may encounter. I am based in the LA market and I always see the bandit signs posted around town. I've read forums that say bandit signs aren't good others say they are good it's a little confusing. I will do social media marketing and maybe direct mail marketing in the future. I want to use all marketing forms that I feel will be suitable for me and my business. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get this off the ground and grow as an investor. All suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you all and I am excited to start my career in real estate investing.
