Kind of a Newbie from Fort Smith, AR

Hi my name is Kevin, I am from Ft Smith, AR. I currently work at a local bank for my W-2 job. 

The reason I say I am kind of a newbie to real estate is because I have flipped a house in the past just for fun. I was also raised around home construction and rehabbing houses. What really pushed me into real estate is my current property. I was wanting to sell my house but was tired of waiting on the market to rebound in my area so I decided to lease it instead. Now I am hooked on getting to the point that I have enough passive income to walk away from my W-2 job within 10 years or sooner. Why, I want to be able to live life on my terms and conditions. To inspire others to go after their dreams in life and to realize that anything is possible with hard work. I have been blessed beyond measure and would like the opportunity to pay it forward someday by mentoring.

Here are a couple of pictures of the bedroom in the apartment that I completely renovated about 6 months ago. I am also currently living in this apartment. It took me 5 weeks from start to finish and then another week to get moved into it.
