Newbie from Killeen, Texas central Texas
Hello, my name is Jordan Bowen, I am 25 years old. I live in Killeen, Texas (Harker Heights boundary) stationed at Fort Hood as an Armor Officer. I am deployed overseas but would really like to build my base of knowledge while I am here so I can hit the ground running when I return in November.
Primarily interested in wholesaling! Building contact lists, how to find sellers and buyers (easily), how to make contracts and assign them, looking for R.E. litigators to help make the process smoother and more legal, and how to do all of it under a LLC.
But most of all, looking for advice! I have no background in real estate and I come from a family who works for money (Robert Kiyosaki reference) and I'm looking to go against the grain, here. Any help is welcomed!

Best piece of advice to you is take action and fail again and again!!! Market like crazy, I suggest learning from Sean Terry, flip2freedom. He has some great content regarding wholesaling.
