Hello Bigger Pockets,

I’ve been creeping around these forum for a little while now, trying to learn and absorb everything I can. I wanted to take some time to actually introduce myself and actually get to know some of the forum users instead of just being a creeper. I am active duty Air Force of about 10 years. I’m stationed at Ft. Stewart Georgia and am interested in investing in the Savannah/ Atlanta area. Currently, I have one rental property in the state of Nebraska and am in the works of obtaining my second (in Savannah). I’m really excited and motivated to learn from you all and get started on my real estate journey.
