New Member from CNY/Upstate NY
Hi All!
My name is Matt and I live in Syracuse, NY. I'm looking to probably start investing in CNY and see where is leads from there. I'm new to REI and I'm here to gather as much information and knowledge as possible before jumping in with both feet.
I'm guessing from what I've seen in BP videos that CNY would be best for buy and hold. That would be my ideal situation too because I would like the cash flow that comes with rental properties.
I look forward to meeting many new people and building relationships!

Welcome to BP. I'm also in Syracuse. Buy and hold definitely seems to be the way to go around here. I haven't seem to many people flipping or even wholesaling. There's a BP meetup every once in a while, so set up some keyword alerts and see if you can make the next one!
