New to Bigger Pockets

Hello Bigger Pockets community, I am very new to real estate investing. My wife and I stumbled across Bigger pockets because we attended a guru 3 day event, and before signing up for their $25k program that we couldn't afford, we googled and googled and came across this site, ever since we have been listening to the podcasts and reading the forums. So glad we chose this instead.

We are trying to learn everything we can about this business, and have set a goal to be successful at it within ten years. We have no idea where to start other than we would like to get into flipping and hopefully rental properties. We have a ton of learning to do, but I believe we can get there hopefully sooner than later.
