Hello everyone,

My name is Elliott and I'm a student majoring in business management in my final year at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I'm also a full-time loan assistant at North Valley Bank in Thornton, CO. At North Valley Bank I've been fortunate to meet a lot of the local property investors and builders that we do business with.

I've always been intrigued in investing, particularly real estate. First and foremost, I want to learn as much as I possibly can. My short-term goals include educating myself by learning from people who've done it, buying my first property to live in so that I can begin building my own equity and networking. There are so many of you who are successful and what you offer is so valuable that I would be foolish not to take advantage of it.

My long-term goals are to become an investor. Obviously, we all want financial freedom and I'm no different. I would also love the opportunity to become a mentor to people who are standing right where I am now. A lot of times it's not about where you end up, but the journey there. I've read some success stories and each are unique in ways. I'd love to be writing one of those stories in the future to help someone else see that it can be done.

The work of learning is just beginning but I'm not afraid and don't require any added motivation. Life it too short. I'm excited to learn from you and to get started.

Have a blessed day everyone!

Elliott
