Hello,

I am pleased to introduce myself to the BiggerPockets community! I happened to find this community after researching Real estate wholesaling, but I have been intersted in Real estate for a few years now. I thought there was a high barrier to entering into investing, but I started talking to a potential business partner who introduced me to a lot of information. After that first discussion I felt overwhelmed, but really excited. She had mentioned Wholesaling as a good way to get started so I dove in. After a few hours of research I decided that I needed even more information. I have a lot of goals for Real estate: Income, finanical independence, property and business ownership (entreprenuership), and just a new challege. So there it is. Glad to meet ya!
