I found this forum while searching for information on REI. I have looked at about six opportunities so far and have not made an offer yet. I am currently searching through the maze of lenders (private & Hard Money) and trying to determine which would work with a beginner like myself. Advice and referrals are welcome.

I will stay tuned to this forum and hope to learn a lot.
