How to convince spouse to invest vs. spend winnings.

My wife was recently on a game show and won a bit of money and has not yet received the winnings. She would like to buy a single family home to start our family and I would like to see us start investing in flipping/income properties. She is sick of hearing about my interest and passion of wanting to go all into investing. How do I convince her to purchase an asset over a liability?

Thank you for you advice!!   We ended up house hacking a duplex where we grew up.  It's almost done renovation and 1 side is ready to be rented  for $1750.
