Hello, all! I have read a lot of content/forum posts here but I just now made an account. I am an accountant in the D.C. Metro area, and am looking to get into Real Estate Investing. I am in the early stages now so just reading a lot, and acquiring as much knowledge as I can so I can decide what my strategy will be!
