How to increase my job income?

Hey BP, I'm 21 years old, and fairly new to bigger pockets. I am currently building a home from scratch to live in so I can borrow against it and build a rental business. I'm just giving a shout out to anyone that makes 100k+ per year. I currently make about 50k per year and would love some ideas on how to increase my income. I am currently making 22 bucks an hour working construction. I can operate several prices of excavation machinery +other exp. I am very experienced and can pretty much out do most people. (Not trying to brag) I would love any ideas you have, from working more hours to moving away to make more! Just brainstorming. Thanks in advance! You guys rock 😎
