New BP enthusiast/investor out of Downingtown, PA

Hi all,

I'm recently new to the real estate investing world and after reading tons of posts on here for advice, decided to hop in and make my first post. I'm a recent graduate from pharmacy school and am looking to make a splash in the RE investing world.

I'm currently working on getting a SFH ready to rent (first ever project) but have a strong feeling that multi-family investing is where I ultimately want to be. I'm currently in the Downingtown/ Philadelphia PA area so please feel free to reach out if you are also in that area.

I'm really looking forward to getting more involved in the BP community and can't wait to meet all of the fantastic people on BP!
