New guy from Dryden, NY

Good day too you all! 

Rob Cullember here from Dryden, NY. I recently joined BP for what seems to be a ton of information! I`m currently a construction worker in the mining industry. I haul equipment and run a crane for a portable mining operations company.

I`ve been in the construction industries for most of my career. And a lot has had to do with real estate, in one form or another. 

I am a victim of the real estate crash ten years ago where i was setting panalized homes all over the northeast. I have also done site development, framing, and finish work on housing. My wife and I designed and built our current home. I was a real estate agent for a year before getting into setting houses...

Anyway, I am in the process of reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide, on my journey of gathering information. I`m not looking to quit my job and get rich just yet but, I would like to start with a couple duplex's to quads in the next year. My focus at this time is passive income at retirement. Hopefully with the money I have, I am able to use as little of it as possible to get started. I am putting together my business plan as I type.
